Career highlights include the title role in Carmen at Ópera de Tenerife, The Grange Festival, and AsLiCo/Opera Lombardia; Idamante in Idomeneo and Charlotte in Werther at The Israeli Opera; Rosina (Il barbiere di Siviglia) at Teatro Lirico di Cagliari; Dorabella (Così fan tutte) and Maffio Orsini (Lucrezia Borgia) at Ópera de Tenerife; Fenena (Nabucco) and Siébel (Faust) at Opéra Royal de Wallonie; Suzuki (Madama Butterfly) at Teatro Verdi Trieste; Cornelia (Giulio Cesare) at the Shanghai Baroque Festival; Nerestano (Zaira) at Stadttheater Giessen; Marchesa Melibea (Il viaggio a Reims) at the Rossini Opera Festival; and the title role in Mariotte’s Salomé at Wexford Festival Opera.
While still a young singer with the Meitar Opera Studio at the Israeli Opera, Na'ama gained international recognition when she stepped in at the last minute to perform Carmen at the Massada Opera Festival under the baton of Daniel Oren. Her success has immediately led to celebrated debuts at The Israeli Opera, such as La Cenerentola, Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Rosina (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro), Stéphano (Roméo et Juliette), Fenena (Nabucco), Maddalena (Rigoletto), Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), and two further returns as Carmen in 2018 and 2022.
Na'ama has performed numerous recitals and concerts worldwide. Notable engagements include Rossini’s Stabat Mater at Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, Haydn’s Arianna a Naxos at Wiener Konzerthaus, Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis and Symphony No. 9, and Händel’s Solomon with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra. She has also appeared at venues such as Teatro Regio Torino, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Fondazione Teatri di Piacenza, Wexford Festival Opera, Rossini Opera Festival, Ópera de Tenerife, Liederiadi Festival in Milan, and the Yarra Valley Opera Festival in Melbourne, among others.
